Veenworks LLC develops AI-powered communication and workflow software for small businesses. These Messaging Terms apply to messages that Veenworks LLC sends under its own name. Section 8 explains how messages sent by business customers are treated.

1. Program description
Veenworks may send text messages about product inquiries, requested follow-up, demonstrations, account or service information, customer support, and product or company updates where the recipient has provided appropriate consent.
2. Consent
Where consent is required, you must affirmatively choose to receive SMS messages from Veenworks. Website consent controls are not selected by default. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Veenworks. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
4. Opt out
You can stop Veenworks text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. You will not receive more messages under that messaging program unless you opt in again later.

6. Supported delivery
Delivery of SMS messages depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by Veenworks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate or deliver our services. A service provider may use the information only to perform that work for us, and never for its own marketing. Our handling of personal information is described in full in our Privacy Policy.
8. Business customers that use Veenworks software
These Messaging Terms govern messages sent by Veenworks LLC itself. They do not provide consent for messages sent by any other business. When a small business or other business customer uses Veenworks software to send communications under its own brand, that business is the sender and is responsible for its own:
- sender identity;
- consent collection;
- consent records;
- opt-in disclosures;
- messaging registration;
- privacy policy;
- messaging terms or messaging policy;
- opt-out handling;
- applicable legal and carrier requirements.
