  • Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and website usage data.

3. SMS and mobile information

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate or deliver our services, such as communications, hosting, security, analytics, and support providers. A service provider may use the information only to perform that work for us. 4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including:

  • To service providers that process information on our behalf to host, secure, communicate, analyze, or support our services, and only for those operational purposes, never for the provider’s own marketing.
  • At the direction of a business customer when we process information as its service provider.
  • When required by law, legal process, regulation, or a valid governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of Veenworks, our customers, users, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

5. Business customer data

When a small business or other business customer uses Veenworks software to communicate with its own customers or prospects, that business may control the relevant personal information and Veenworks may process it on the business’s behalf. The business is responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful basis, permissions, and consent practices.
